Her eye for detail and daily interaction with businesses and job seekers inspired her to create Hirewell –
a 100% woman-owned business offering flexible, affordable recruitment solutions to address
the problems she commonly encountered in the industry.

The job market is very challenging and competitive. Over the years, she saw the hard work and expense vulnerable job seekers went through to apply for jobs – only to hear nothing in reply to their applications.
She also experienced firsthand what it is to submit CVs to recruitment agencies without success. Successful recruitment depends on relationships, but many recruiters don’t take the time to get to know their candidates.
